New Autumn Sailing Clothing Ranges Now Online!

The new sailing clothing available this autumn comprises of a variety of attire, including jackets, vests, suits, salopettes and footwear, across a range of reputable brands like Gill, Dubarry, Musto, Spinlock and Henri Lloyd. Gill & Musto Sailing Clothing

Both Gill & Musto have produced a new range of sailing clothing that consists of jackets, vests, salopettes and suits – which include a combination of garments. The windward jackets make for excellent mid or top layers, or casual inshore attire. They have a fleece lining for warmth and comfort, and, a raised collar for added protection from the wind and water. Gill’s Key West jackets and suits are currently on offer with great savings.

Dubarry Footwear

New Dubarry footwear available includes water repellent deck shoes and lightweight, Gore-Tex Newport boots. The deck shoes are moccasins and currently at a special reduced price. They disperse water away from the foot, are quick dry and are designed to retain their softness after getting wet. Add to the list the fact that they are shock-absorbent and you have an ideal sailing shoe. The Newport boots are also waterproof and quick dry, with cushioned arch support for extra comfort.

Gerber Tread

A very handy multi-tool for the sailor; the Gerber Tread features needle-nose pliers, wire cutters, screwdrivers, scissors, a serrated a knife and an LED light. Its compact design makes it convenient to carry, and all of its components lock away safely and easily with a special system. It is made from aluminium and is especially durable.

Spinlock Vest

The Spinlock Vest is an automatic life jacket with adjusters to give you a personalised fit. It has numerous safety features and is easy to take on or off. A special firing system means that the life jacket automatically inflates when it comes into contact with water. Accidental activation is prevented with the fitting of a nitrile seal that stops moisture and spray getting to the cartridge that causes the life jacket to inflate. The Spinlock Vest also includes a spray hood, light and whistle.

Henri Lloyd Ocean Explorer

The jacket’s Gore-Tex Pro Shell fabric means it is specifically designed to cope with adverse weather conditions, making it waterproof, breathable and durable. Amongst other things, it also has a security pocket and Optivision hood system – offering additional peripheral vision. The hi-tops have adjustable shoulder straps, reinforced cordura seat and knees and easy access draining pockets. Together, these garments make up the ultimate sailing suit.
