Returns & Exchanges
To exchange or refund any item at the Sailing Clothing Store you must complete a returns form which can be downloaded from the link below.
Please note that all of the fields on the form must be completed and sent along with the goods you wish to return. All goods must be returned in an unused and saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.
Refunded items will be credited to the account that you provided details for when making your order.
We aim to process and refund your return the same day that it arrives. However, during busy periods this can take up to 2 working days.

In the event that you want to exchange an item, a returns form will need to be completed. If the replacement you want is out of stock, a member of our Helpdesk team will contact you to make further arrangements.
We aim to dispatch exchanges within 1 working day of receipt, however during busy periods this may take 2 working days.

Faulty products
All of the products we sell are fully guaranteed. In the unlikely even that any item(s) you receive are damaged or faulty, we will replace with a new item. Please note that you must follow the same procedure as returned or exchanged items.
If the replacement item is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to advise further.
Postal Charges
When returning items that are the incorrect size or suitability, you will need to cover the postal charges yourself. We recommend that you return the item(s) via recorded delivery in order to protect yourself against loss.
The postal charges on item(s) returned due to fault or error will be credited to your account upon receipt.
