Returns and Exchanges

To exchange or refund any item at the Sailing Clothing Store you must complete a returns form which can be downloaded from the link below. returns_form.pdf

Please note that all of the fields on the form must be completed and sent along with the goods you wish to return. All goods must be returned in an unused and saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Goods sent outside this period will be subject to a 25% order value restocking fee. Goods sent back outside 14 days in an used and unsaleable condition will not be refunded, we are not a rental shop. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When sending any items back to Sailing Clothing Store, you are liable to pay the return postage fees.

Refunded items will be credited to the account that you provided details for when making your order.

We aim to process and refund your return the same day that it arrives. However, during busy periods this can take up to 2 working days.

Faulty products

All of the products we sell are fully guaranteed. In the unlikely even that any item(s) you receive are damaged or faulty, we will replace with a new item. Please note that you must follow the same procedure as returned or exchanged items.

If the replacement item is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to advise further.

Postal Charges

When returning items that are the incorrect size or suitability, you will need to cover the postal charges yourself. We recommend that you return the item(s) via recorded delivery in order to protect yourself against loss.

The postal charges on item(s) returned due to fault or error will be credited to your account upon receipt.
