Musto's BR2 offshore jacket offers a highly breathable jacket with offshore specifications at a brilliant price. Instead of Gore-Tex, a fabric called ''BR2'' is used that provides a higher breathability than the coastal and inshore garments with the addition of safety features such as strong reflective piping and prismatic strips. Combined with features such as thicker nylon outershell for durability, double cuff for virtual drysuit seals for dry arms, chest hand warmer pockets for warm hands and a high, fleeced lined collar for a warm neck, it meets the requirements for offshore sailing or sailors that require a more substantial jacket than a coastal.
The inner security pocket allows to safely keep valuables and the hem is adjustable. The jacket is designed to be worn in conjunction with Musto breathable offshore trousers (SB0040)
