The ever classic deck shoe has long been the marine footwear solution to many sailors over the years. The sole design has not changed for 75 years, when Paul Sperry was inspired by his dog’s ability to maintain grip on deck. After studying the razor cut patterns on his dog’s feet, he used a pen knife to cut into the outsole of his shoes, hence forming the first boat shoe.

Made from high quality water resistant leathers or Nubuck, Mens Deck Shoes offer ultra style that can be worn on both land and sea. Variations in design include a 360 degree lacing system that allows the wearer to control the fit around the ankle, and mesh drainage side panels for easier and quicker drying.
